Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Fix any troubleshooting related to hydraulic or pneumatic system.
- Establish IS Machine preventive Maintenance & Job Change Process.
- Investigate the Down time and Route cause analysis (CAPA procedure).
- Fix any troubleshooting related to hydraulic or pneumatic system.
- Recording & documenting operations performance of job change process (time setting).
- Responsible on the trials on spare parts & achieving cost reduction along with high efficiency of the machine.
- Responsible on the new modification on our accessories & improvement to get better efficiency.
- Perform day to day total productive maintenance.
- Complete equipment/parts audits.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant discipline.
- 5+ years experience in the same position.
- Very Good command of written & spoken English language.
- Excellent in using computer programs
- Excellent Team working, problem-solving, communication skills, analytical skills and people management skills.
