Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in assigned export regions.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, target potential clients, and proactively generate leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the assigned export markets.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Secure collection, terms, contracts conditions according to company’s policy and strategy.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics and finance to ensure smooth export operations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting key market insights and performance metrics.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to promote company products and services.
- Stay updated with international trade regulations, export laws, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence and minimize risks.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's product portfolio, features, and advantages to effectively present them to customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in export sales and operations.
- Textile, apparel, garment experience is desired
- Good knowledge of global markets, international trade practices, and export regulations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth in export markets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in other languages preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
