Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress across multiple donor
projects
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques, ensuring
accurate management and control of changes in alignment with project requirements and objectives
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, to assess progress and ensure
alignment with project goals and standards
Provide timely reporting on project issues and escalate critical matters to upper management when necessary,
ensuring swift attention and resolution to maintain project integrity and progress
Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including donors and partners ensuring seamless
communication, collaboration, and alignment with project objectives to foster successful project outcomes
Perform risk management to minimize project risks, to minimize adverse impacts and uphold project success
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, to ensure comprehensive records are maintained
throughout project lifecycles, facilitating transparency, accountability, and effective project management
Ensure alignment with microfinance regulations industry best practices, ensuring alignment with established standards and guidelines to uphold operational integrity
Job Requirements
- Proficient English for report writing and also proficient in Arabic writing to communicate with different Microfinance internal stakeholders
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Forward Thinking
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools.

- Customer Centricity
- PMP certification is a plus
- 5+ years in project management, particularly in microfinance and donor-funded projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
