Job Description
- Creating a vision for the educational center that achieves progress and the success of the educational process within it.
- Improving the educational process within the education center.
- Providing support to teachers, providing training plans for those who need them, and providing guidance and advice to them.
- Creating a climate conducive to education and providing an environment of care and trust.
- Monitor teachers, employees, and the center director, evaluate their performance, and provide them with feedback.
- Supervising and improving the educational process when needed.
- Dealing with focused crises, emergencies and problem solving.
- Ensuring a safe and clean school environment for students.
- Regular maintenance of the center’s grounds and all of its equipment and ensuring that the center’s facilities remain safe.
- Setting performance goals for the student and teacher.
- Supervising the education staff and updating employee records.
- Setting and managing the center’s budget with the direct manager.
- Setting educational objectives based on the curriculum.
- Searching for modern resources and technologies that improve the educational process.
- Carrying out any work assigned by the direct manager that is related to the nature of his work.
- Monitoring students’ progress and level of commitment, evaluating their performance, and providing them with the necessary guidance and support to overcome educational and behavioral difficulties.
- Strengthening communication with parents and the local community to ensure their support for the institution’s educational and pedagogical efforts.
Job Requirements
- He must have a broad administrative educational background
- He has office work skills
- Preferably have previous experience working as a manager or in a similar role
- Must have a degree in education, preferably a master's degree.
- Experience in dealing with Office programs is required
