Job Description
- Develop and implement forecasting models to improve demand planning accuracy and reduce inventory holding costs.
- optimize inventory management, production planning, and distribution, returns management , Bill of Resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and sales, to align supply chain activities and achieve overall business objectives.
- Conduct data analysis and develop models to identify potential bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.
- Continuously monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain operations' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- To streamline and integrate supply chain activities Utilizing software systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), to streamline and integrate supply chain activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1:3 years experience in a manufacturing field is a MUST.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
