Job Description
In this leadership role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical technical projects. You will act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all project requirements are clearly understood and effectively integrated into our operational processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, as well as managing the risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
You will apply your deep understanding of software development and agile methodologies to guide and mentor teams, optimizing their workflows and ensuring that projects adhere to the highest standards of quality. Additionally, your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential as you navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, ensuring alignment and driving consensus across diverse groups.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management or technical Product management, ideally within a technology or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex technical projects from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and software development cycles.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with digital transformation projects and familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies. (Preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of data analysis, system engineering, and software architecture. (Preferred)
