Job Description
- Sets priorities, assigns work, makes sure operations are on time and within budget, and completes performance reviews
- Responsible for managing major projects and providing troubleshooting skills for system problems
- Collect and study all data related to a given task/project with the head of the department
- Agree with the head of the department and the team members (junior engineers) on the task/project time schedule
- Give awareness to the team members of the project requirements
- Prepare and issue to the department head RFIs as necessary immediately after receiving the task/project layers, numbering system, level of details ,etc.…)calculating report template and BOQ template
- Prepare, certify, and issue to the department head: design criteria, Technical specifications, and Method of measurements
- Review, Approve ,certify, and issue in due time to the department head the design documents (computer model ,BOQ, and drawings)in accordance with the project requirements, specifications, design criteria and time schedule
- Follow up and provide technical support as necessary to the team members to ensure the issuance of design documents in the due time and in accordance with the project requirements and schedule
- Distribute workload among team members
- Review and analyze the quantities outcomes to ensure the value engineering satisfaction
- Assess the KPI of the team members
- Prepare periodical evaluation/progress report for the team activities as necessary
- Coordinate the design drawings with other interconnected disciplines (e.g, progress GA, Arch, Structural ,MEP, Etc…) as deemed necessary
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Architecture Engineering
- +8 years of technical experience
- Revit is a must
- Very good English both spoken and written
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft office -AutoCAD-Revit Drafting tools-Outlook)
- Photoshop as a plus
- Good experience in following ,studying and understanding Architecture codes
- Has high communication skills
