Job Description
1. Technical Vision and Leadership: Define and maintain a long-term technical vision and strategy. Lead the technical team and provide guidance on architecture and design decisions.
2. Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure architecture that aligns with business goals. Ensure that the architecture meets both technical and consumer needs.
3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the project. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
4. Code Quality and Review: Ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability through code reviews, setting coding standards, and advocating for best practices.
5. Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor and coach team members to help them grow their technical and professional skills.
6. Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues that arise during the development process.
7. Research and Development: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to ensure competitive advantage.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Translate technical concepts into understandable language for various audiences.
9. Project Planning: Contribute to project planning, including estimating, scheduling, and task assignment.
10. Risk Management: Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Good Newgen product knowledge
- Should be able to map requirements with product features
- Follow standard coding practices and review the code
- Good debugging skills
- Good knowledge of Database
- Good knowledge of application server(JBoss EAP)
- Should be able to identify and defend any new changes
- Should be able to provide effort and delivery timelines based on the team member available
and scope of work
- Design process which is configurable and re-usable and guide team members in their
technical queries
- Should have good knowledge of integration methodology
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML
- Lead technical discussions with IT, Business
