Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivables process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify and resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve cash flow, and minimize credit risk.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including aging analysis and collection forecasts, to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in Accounts Receivables to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors and customers to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion for managing Accounts Receivables.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, credit control, and collections strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
