Job Description
- Conduct routine and targeted inspections to identify engineering violations by residents or the engineering
department. - Generate detailed reports documenting violations, including root causes and responsible parties.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Department to address and correct identified violations.
- Communicate with the Customer Relations Director to address customer/resident issues related to engineering violations.
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of agreed corrective actions within the required technical
specifications and before the agreed due date. - Handover Department Inspection Requests: Perform inspections requested by the Handover Department, including inspecting units and creating snag list reports as applicable.
- Coordinate with the Engineering Department to resolve listed snags.
- Finishing Activities Approval and Follow-up: Review and analyze finishing permission requests from
customers. - Assess amendment requests based on engineering standards and provide approval or rejection
recommendations. - Collaborate with the Customer Service Department in processing finishing activities.
- ERP Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate data in our ERP system, ensuring all information related to engineering projects, such as materials, specifications, and progress updates, is recorded and updated in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on drawings and data entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Ticket Management and Closure: Track and manage all open tickets requiring inspection or follow-up on corrective actions.
- Close tickets only after verifying compliance with engineering requirements and ensuring no issues arise from engineering or finishing activities.
- Document Control: Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspection reports, agreements, and
communications within the company's system for record-keeping and reference purposes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering.
- 2-3 Years of Experience.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience in real estate and construction is a must.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications, Auto-CAD.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and Hospitality finishing projects is preferable.
