Job Description
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Scheduling customer Appointments
- Confirming Appointments Handling patients’ issues and complaints
- Getting daily feedbacks from patients who received services in the clinic daily through one-to-one phone calls and e-surveys
- Updating the responsible person with the feedback & complaints received.
- Completing Call logs and and reports.
Job Requirements

- Very good command of English
- 2-5 years of experience in call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
