Job Description
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential
- Organizing training, administering employee benefits, and leaves
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies
- Entering data into HR information systems for accuracy and compliance
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Maintain employee files and records
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations with EKH rules
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in working in human resources department.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (Oracle) will be a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and time management skills.
- Additional HR training/diploma will be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field.
- 2-3 years in Human Resources function.
