Set incremental business targets for CVA & CMA for each Business Unit.
Access CAT systems such as ECA, Foresight and SOS manager.
Utilize all relevant systems to identify opportunity and quote for any incremental business or to provide an added value alert to the customer.
Work with the group technology specialist, develop automated reporting for all customers with connected assets or CVAs ensuring relevant levels of reporting are sent to each customer group.
Ensure customers understand the reports being sent to them and help them utilize the inherent value.
Ensure that all CMAs can identify when an alert should be sent to a customer to notify the customer of an impending issue.
Develop tailored monitoring and management regimes and pricing (for specific key account customers).
Ensure all field service inspection reports are reviewed and that all incremental business is quoted for either by the CMA, service supervisor or PSSRs.
Meet with each service manager at least once per month to review CMA performance and target areas for improvement in the next month.
Report all CMA activities for each territory, in terms of customer alerts, interactions and won and lost quotations for incremental business in each territory on monthly basis.
Follow up on end of warranty health checks, ensure inspection are done and work carried out under warranty where needed and quoted to customer where applicable.
Report on CVAs & PM accuracy.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Min. 5 years of experience in technical sales.
Experience in cross functional working across multiple countries and with third-party vendors.
Familiar with the interpretation of SOS results, CAT inspects, ET downloads, Product link data and CTS reports.
Excellent command of English language (reading, speaking and writing).
Effective cross cultural communication skills.
High proficiency in MS office (specially Excel & Access).
Planning, organizing and controlling skills.
