These strategic partnerships and our collaborative efforts with key players enable us to design, deploy, and support the most suitable and cost-effective technology solutions for our customers.Job Description:Project Planning and Execution:Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for ELV projects, taking into account client requirements and project specifications.Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Oversee the execution of ELV projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.Team Leadership and Management:Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, providing direction, support, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.Conduct regular meetings and reviews to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.Quality Assurance and Compliance:Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that ELV systems meet industry standards and client requirements.Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify system functionality and performance.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards in all project activities.Budget and Cost Management:Monitor project expenses and resource allocation to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements to maximize project profitability.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for project stakeholders.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.Proactively address project challenges and obstacles to minimize disruptions and delays.Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference and improvement.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with EuroTech Project Managers to achieve common goals.Assist the Pre-Sales team with AV design and specification.Proactively manage IT / AV project delivery process in line with instructions from Project Head.Ensure that project delivery is planned in advance to ensure deadlines are achieved.Communicate client or third-party dependencies in a timely manner to ensure these do not delay fully functioning systems at handover date.Guide the projects team and allocate tasks in line with scope and deadlines.Assist the Pre-Sales team with product selection if needed.Assist in the recruitment process of site staff and programming staff as required.Monitor SLA ticket deadlines for support requests on devices that fall under a EuroTech maintenance agreement.Key Requirements:Proven track record in ELV industry and project delivery position in UAE, Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.Fluency in Arabic & English.Great personal time management skills and the ability to work in line with deadline requirements.Strong presentation skills.
