Job Description: Interior Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed interior design concepts and plans based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Utilize 3ds Max software to create realistic 3D models and visual representations of interior spaces.
- Apply rendering techniques to enhance the visual quality and realism of design presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure integration of interior design elements with the overall project.
- Conduct site visits to review ongoing projects, comparing the design with the actual implementation.
- Identify discrepancies or deviations from the design specifications and provide recommendations for corrective measures.
- Assist in the selection of appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting fixtures.
- Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and presentations to clients.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of interior design elements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the field of interior design.
