- Prepare a statement of the daily movement of deposits to clients, review their accounts, and submit their reports on-going to his direct manager for review and approval.
- Responsible for establishing credit limits for customers in line with the policies of each segment and ensuring that monthly withdrawals are linked to what is available to each customer.
- Follow-up the collection movement on a daily basis with the collection section, and prepare their weekly analytical reports, and submit them to the accounts manager periodically.
- Prepare invoices and deposit bills for the sales proceeds of the customers and reviews their reports and submits them to the Director of Accounts on a timely basis for review.
- Enter the data related to customer accounts on the financial information system and implement the instructions for the work and develop codes for customers to facilitate access to the necessary information in this regard.
- Issuing the daily electronic invoices for customers after reviewing the account receivable cycle and workflow.
- Record sales (income, revenue, accounts receivable), (export subsidy, another Debit & other receivable)
- Create a closing schedule related to scope.
Job Requirements
Education:
bachelor’s degree of Commerce / Accounting
Experience:
- 4-6 years of finance related experience with minimum of 2 years in AR.
Needed Skills
- Fluent English.
- Excellent skills dealing with Microsoft office especially Excel.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping, IFRS is plus.
- time management and detail orientation skills.
- Ability to keep company and partner Confidentiality.
- Proficiency with one of the commonly used accounting ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAP, preferably Odoo.
