Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our fast-growing organization. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting our human resources initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. You will work closely with our HR team to provide a wide range of HR services, including employee relations, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence and recruitment. - Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in implementing effective HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining Employees files, SI Forms1,2,6,
- Resolve employee complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and participating in phone screening.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and Social Insurance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experienced in HRIS and other HR software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
