Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza, Egypt for a Quality Analyst with expertise in the German language. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer interactions and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role involves reviewing and assessing recorded calls, chats, and emails for accuracy and efficiency. The Quality Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and provide feedback for training purposes.

Fluency in both written and spoken German
