Job Description
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with tax regulations, analyzing & evaluating accounting systems and tax control to eliminate taxes, maintaining required tax documentation, assisting companies with tax returns, and preparing tax estimate and track tax returns & Prepare tax payments.
- Organize and update the companies' tax database.
- Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify tax savings and suggest ways to maximize profits.
- Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes.
- Forecast tax predictions to senior managers.
- Prepare monthly VAT returns
- Prepare payroll tax monthly calculation in addition to annual reconciliation.
- WHT quarter returns.
- Proceed with companies’ establishment and related structure changes, deal with GAFI in that concern.
- Prepare & attend different tax inspections.
- Dealing with the Egyptian Tax Authority system (invoices and electronic receipts).
- Tax planning & strategies
- Prepare tax memos.
Job Requirements
- 2 - 15 years' experience at tax or audit office(s).
- Familiarity with Egyptian accounting and auditing standards.
- Familiarity with the applicable tax laws.
- Fair knowledge of English Language is an asset.
- Ability to work in a team - meet deadlines, work system and internal regulations.
- Computer proficiency (Excel-Word-Internet)
- Close location is preferable.
- Working hours 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.
- Days off: Friday / Saturday
- Location: Tower O 103 – Apartment 14 – One Kattameya – Kattameya – Ring Road – Cairo – Egypt.
