Job Description
- Responsible for financial analysis and strategic planning to estimate the size of the company's targeted financial investments
- Preparing comprehensive financial plans (long-term with strategic goals and short-term) in coordination with the direct manager.
- Supervising and monitoring the accuracy of financial reports and accounts on the specified dates and with complete accuracy and submitting them to the direct manager.
- Reviewing the company’s final accounts in accordance with financial standards and following up on its procedures.
- Supervising the preparation of estimated budgets related to revenues and expenses related to projects.
- Managing the company’s funds in accordance with established policies and submitting special reports to the direct manager
- Review and monitor the accuracy of financial reports and accounts on the specified dates and with complete accuracy and submit them to the direct manager.
- Periodically review the outputs of the accounting program and ensure the accuracy of the calculations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,
- 10:15 years of experience preferred Real Estate, Development
- preferred MBA
- Language: Excellent English
- Experience in ERP or SAP
- Leadership Competencies (Problem solving and decision-making - Focus on customer satisfaction.)
