Job Description
- Manage client relations and ensure clear and well-documented communication channels. This requires accessibility and prompt responses to meet client satisfaction.
- Manage all project documents, submittals, and reviews.
- Ensure that the design of any furniture or fixtures for a project are clearly communicated internally to the technical and production teams.
- Study project scope, finalize BOQs, with pricing & tracking any scope change
- Issue and manage all project documents, submittals, and reviews including but not limited to Inspections Requests, RFIs, technical drawings and issuing invoices.
- Prepare & manage pricing, contracts, and payments with clients and contractors.
- Research locally and internationally relevant suppliers needed for project-related materials in addition to managing these collaborations.
- Prepare project reports and update all necessary internal and external documents.
- Organize and monitor the project schedule and make sure deadlines are met.
- Keep track of changes, additions, and deletions in the scope of work and make sure they are followed through.
- Oversee and review CAD drawings.
- Attend all related project meetings and send follow up emails to attendees.
- Ensure the highest quality and standards are reflected in the final product.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensuring any issues are fixed.
- Always work on optimizing and improving our processes.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in managing woodwork & FF&E packages
- Academic background in product design, applied arts, interior design, engineering or architecture
- Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic (French recommended)
- Proven background in Project Management (PMP - PRMG is a plus)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Must have a clear understanding of NADIM’s capabilities in order to guide clients in the best way to design and execute our scope of work.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Primavera is a plus)
- Must be enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn
- Ability to work smoothly in a team with organizational efficiency
- Willing to adapt to flexible working hours
- Willing to travel as required
