Job Description

The Expertologists Marketing is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for a diverse range of clients. You will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and oversee media buying and advertisement campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each client’s brand.
  • Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and interact with users to foster community engagement.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and implement social media strategies.
  • Analyze client’s business goals and develop social media plans that align with those objectives.

Media Buying & Advertisement:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads.
  • Conduct audience research, set up targeting, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to continuously refine strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve client strategies.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports for clients, showcasing results and strategic suggestions.

Client Management:

  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and update them on campaign progress.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to enhance their social media presence.

 

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

Media Buying & Advertisement:

  • Expertise in creating and managing paid social media campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing agency environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
