Job Description
The Expertologists Marketing is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for a diverse range of clients. You will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and oversee media buying and advertisement campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each client’s brand.
- Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and interact with users to foster community engagement.
Social Media Strategy:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and implement social media strategies.
- Analyze client’s business goals and develop social media plans that align with those objectives.
Media Buying & Advertisement:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads.
- Conduct audience research, set up targeting, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to continuously refine strategies.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve client strategies.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports for clients, showcasing results and strategic suggestions.
Client Management:
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and update them on campaign progress.
- Provide proactive recommendations to enhance their social media presence.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Media Buying & Advertisement:
- Expertise in creating and managing paid social media campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a marketing agency environment.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
