Job Description
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
- Examining expenses submitted by employees
- Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to company requirements.
Job Requirements
- 3 years’ Experience in general accounting, AR, AP and treasury.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting English Section is a must.
- Ability to use and learn new computer systems is essential.
- English level: excellent
- Ability to keep documents well organized
- Experienced in software systems ( Odoo) is preferred & MS Office is a must.
- Interact in a positive manner with internal & external contacts.
- Complete tasks within critical deadlines.
