Job Description

  • Manage day to day operations for the region and process customers’ orders. 
  • Conduct extensive online research, at all times, understanding marketing and sales strategies from all significant eCommerce retailers. 
  • Ensure eCommerce operations are efficiently running at all times. 
  • Manage fleet workforce and operations
  • Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings; preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information. 
  • Ensure that e-retailers are adequately stocked, and this is reflected in the system. 
  • Overseeing invoicing processes and coordinating stock management processes. 
  • To liaise as required with supply chain and logistics in order to resolve delivery issues. 
  • Perform monthly forecast for eCommerce demand with the supply chain. 
  • Work with the Finance department to accurately process customers credit notes/refunds. 
  • Ensure that customer expectation is met on time and provide unparalleled customer experience at all touchpoints
  • To work collaboratively with Ecommerce Manager on unusual complex or high impact cases that can have a negative impact on the business. 
  • To reliably log all issues relating to any orders (incorrect fulfilment, delayed/lost deliveries, etc.) in order to mitigate financial loss. 

Job Requirements

  • A willingness to roll up sleeves to get it done.
  • Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick-turn business model.
  • Comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent fluency in written and spoken Arabic is essential.
  • Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers is essential.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce is highly advantageous.
  • CMS experience desirable.
  • Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities.
  • Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.

  • Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP software.
