Job Description
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve export and import sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and suppliers.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and trends.

- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Oversee the entire supply chain process from order placement to delivery.
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for export and import activities (e.g., invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations).
- Stay updated on changes in trade laws and regulations.
Customer Service and Support:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
Education:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development in international markets.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
