Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the electrical panelboard industry. As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales engineers and be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targeted sales and maximize profitability. Your primary focus will be on driving sales of our electrical panelboard products to industrial, commercial, and residential clients.

Job Requirements

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and increase sales revenue.

 

Sales Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to ensure the team's success.

 

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Utilize insights to adjust sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.

 

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our electrical panelboard products, features, and benefits. Effectively communicate product value propositions to customers and sales team members.

 

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review. Provide accurate sales forecasts to support production planning and inventory management.

 

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the electrical industry.

Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
