Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Purchasing Engineer (MEP) to join our specialized team in engineering projects. If you have experience in electrical purchasing and possess strong skills in planning, organization, and negotiation, we invite you to apply for this exciting position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate electrical purchasing requirements for engineering projects.
- Conduct market and competition analysis to identify potential suppliers.
- Manage tender processes and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best offers and conditions.
- Evaluate and select suitable suppliers based on quality, cost, and availability criteria.
- Monitor and execute procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications and deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain continuous interaction to meet project needs.
Job Requirements
- Proven expertise as an electrical engineer
- Hands-on experience using design and calculation software
- Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes
- Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
- Problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A degree in Electrical Engineering; MSc is a plus
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in electrical purchasing, preferably in the engineering project sector.
- Strong knowledge of technical specifications and industry standards related to electrical purchasing.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
