Job Description
- Planning the most effective route for freight
- organizing and following up on the door-to-door transportation of freight (Managing Import/Export - Air/Sea/Road – shipments from origin to destination)
- reporting back to clients, keeping them up to date with the progress of shipments
- Checking legal requirements and making sure all the appropriate documentation is prepared and available on time (e.g., insurance and customs forms)
- staying up to date with relevant political activities and legislation that might impact the transportation of freight.
- Follow up and facilitate customs clearance activities
- Following up on freight invoicing and payments
- Maintain records of all shipments, issue reports and process KPIs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Proven Relevant experience
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
- MS Office Skills
- strong organizational skills
