Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and drive the user experience and interface design of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience and interface design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define requirements, prioritize features, and align design goals with business objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and design best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with user research methodologies, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
