Role Description:


We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our company's core operations and ensuring that all business functions are aligned with our strategic goals. The role is full time based onsite in our Riyadh office 5 Days a week. No regular travel is required for the role.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


·        Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including HR, Sales and management, and customer service.


·        Manage and optimize local Vendors to ensure seamless product availability and delivery.


·        Collaborate with the HR department to ensure staffing levels are maintained and optimized for operational efficiency.


·        Prepare and manage the operations budget to achieve financial targets.


·        Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to company operations.


·        Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.


·        Maintain the local office documentations and Operational Procedures and activities.
