Our platform is engineered to address complex business challenges through cutting-edge AI solutions, and we are on the brink of launching a product set to revolutionize the industry.Due to our expansion we are looking for an HR Generalist with a focus on administrative part of recruitment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A dynamic and challenging work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to be part of a supportive and motivated team, dedicated to making a difference.What you’ll be doingAssist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.Coordinate interviews and other recruitment-related activities.Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.What you'll needBachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field from top universitiesProven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a similar industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Discretion and confidentiality are imperative.
