JobIn Clients ∙ Saudi Arabia ∙On-Site Full-Time ∙Senior ∙Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Technical Field (Preferred).DescriptionA Reputable Firm Located In Jeddah Is Actively Seeking Sales EngineerResponsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, challenges, and industry trends.Translate customer needs into technical specifications and develop customized solutions using the company's products or services.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating complex technical features and benefits to potential customers.Participate in the sales cycle by addressing technical inquiries, clarifying product functionalities, and overcoming objections during sales calls.Possess strong knowledge of the company's products or services, their technical specifications, capabilities, and limitations.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position the company's solutions effectively.Continuously develop technical expertise through training, attending conferences, and self-learning to stay ahead of the curve.Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.Understand customer pain points and identify opportunities to address them with the company's solutions.Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Work collaboratively with sales representatives to qualify leads, progress them through the sales pipeline, and close deals.Participate in price negotiations, leveraging technical knowledge to justify the value proposition of the company's offerings. SkillsMinimum of 2-5 years of experience in a technical sales role or a combination of sales and relevant technical experience.Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical audiences.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
