That means we’re continually investing heavily into R&D for new services and solutions while proactively assessing what the industry needs today and tomorrow.About The RoleDNV Maritime Area Middle East & Africa is looking for a Senior Surveyor with approximately 5-10 years’ experience from the offshore or marine industry to join our team of surveyors in Doha, Qatar.As a DNV Senior Surveyor, you will mainly carry out surveys onboard mobile offshore units as well as ships in operation at shipyards and offshore locations.Travel and offshore work should be expected as well as attending vessels in nearby countries (GCC).The position offers the candidate a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing team in a transforming country with numerous exciting opportunities in the conventional offshore business and ocean space projects, including renewables and offshore tourism.The position reports to the Country Manager, Qatar & Kuwait who is based in Doha, Qatar.What we offerFlexible work arrangements for better work-life balance.Generous Paid Leaves (Annual, Sick, Compassionate, Local Public, Marriage, Maternity, Paternity, Medical leave Household. Strong interpersonal skills.Self-driven and highly engaged professional.Quick learner and data-smart.Open-minded and curious.Caring for your colleagues and our customers.Trustworthy and responsible.Problem-solving attitude.Excellent cooperation skills.Analytical, structured and systematic.Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be positively evaluated.Availability to travel.
