Job Title: Senior Stakeholder Manager (Saudi National)


Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Stakeholder Manager to join our dynamic Project and Development Services (PDS) team in Riyadh. As a Saudi national, you will play a critical role in managing and fostering relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, combined with your understanding of local culture and regulations, will contribute to the successful outcomes of our projects and the development of strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective coordination and communication.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder analysis to identify potential risks, conflicts, and opportunities that may impact project success.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, engaging in effective stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and relationship building.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder-related issues, concerns, and inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies and plans that support project objectives and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement activities, such as meetings, workshops, and presentations, to foster collaboration and gather feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, updates, and regulatory requirements related to stakeholder management in Saudi Arabia.
  • Monitor and evaluate stakeholder satisfaction, conducting post-project assessments and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing and overseeing all authority submission, including but not limited to permits.

Requirements:


  • Saudi national, with valid residency in Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in stakeholder management, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering high-profile projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to navigate challenging situations and resolve conflicts.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using tools and software for stakeholder mapping, analysis, and engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is required.
  • A good knowledge of local materials, building techniques, and the environmental conditions in the Middle East.
  • Thorough knowledge of government requirements on construction projects
