By employing your right-brained thinking and technical expertise, you will contribute to the creation of architectural masterpieces that enhance the built environment.Responsibilities:Working with Stakeholders to determine requirements for building projectsDeveloping initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirementsPreparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building projectPreparing work contracts for building subcontractorsDeveloping and giving presentations to inform the public about upcoming public building projectsControl project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional designDevelop ideas keeping in mind stakeholder’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impactProduce detailed blueprints and make any necessary correctionsCompile project specificationsKeep within budgets and timelinesEnsure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulationsMake on site visits to check on project status and report on projectCooperate and liaise with construction professionalsFollow architectural trends and advancementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering.10 Years of Experience.A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.Has good experience in Qatari/Arab/Islamic architectureWillingness to work overtime as required.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.Detail-oriented and highly analytical.In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.Arabic Speaker
