Digital & Innovation Manager On e of JobIn Clients ∙ Saudi Arabia ∙Full-Time ∙Senior ∙Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related FieldDescriptionA Highly-Regarded Corporation Based In Riyadh Is Currently Hiring Digital & Innovation Manager.Responsibilities:Analyze current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of digital trends.Develop a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the organization's overall business goals.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the digital strategy.Oversee the implementation of the digital strategy, including website redesign, development of mobile applications, automation of processes, and integration of new technologies.Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with the potential to disrupt the industry and create new business opportunities.Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creative problem-solving and experimentation with new ideas.Manage digital transformation projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet strategic objectives.Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive online sales (e-commerce) if applicable.Manage and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and inform strategic decision-making. TeamSkillsMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in a digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital transformation role.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital strategies.Data-driven approach to decision-making with a focus on continuous improvement.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media marketing) and analytics tools.Working knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing) and their potential applications in business.
