Job Description
- Handling Recruitment process for Region branches.
- Handling with all Labour office and social insurance offices for Region branches.
- Providing all branch employees with the fingerprint device and regional staff (human resources, information technology, internal control).
- Follow up on the attendance, leaves and absence of branch employees and issue warnings in accordance with what is stated in the law.
- Ensure that employees adhere to all company procedures, policies and internal laws.
- Follow up on resignations, conduct exit interviews, and prepare a monthly report on the reasons for the resignations.
- Notifying employees of contract renewals and contract terminations.
- Make and implement a plan to visit the branches for which he is responsible on a monthly basis.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 1 Year Exp. in HR Field
Good Communication skills
Time Management
Good Experience in personnel function
