Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Our Sales Commission Policy
The sales commission is on base the Non-tax sales revenue you did each month. For HDPE pipe sales, we provide 1% commission and for HDPE pipe fittings, 2% commission at least.
The sales commission will be settled to salesman each month.
Private Income tax will be applied on sales commission according to the Egyptian Tax Law.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Business management, Marketing, Engineering, Accounting, Art, Foreign language or relevant degree.
- 0-2 year work experience as Business development.
- Very good English level in writing, listening, and speaking.
- Advanced skills in MS office suits.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- For international market development vacancy, Basic knowledge on import & export regulation of Egypt is required. For domestic one, it is not requried.
- Fresh Graduated candidates in language of English/ French/ Spanish/ Portuguese/ Italian from Cairo University are welcome for Vancancy of International Market development.
- Fresh graduated candidates from Cairo university and Alexandria university are preferred for vancancy of Domestic Market development.
