Job Description
Premium leather fashion studio seeking an Operations Manager to take care of all daily operations, including managing the studio and team for timely and quality manufacturing of products, sourcing, production, quality control, and following up with retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make sure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Analyzing shops’ and retailers’ sales and working to increase them
- Ensuring sales targets and profits are achieved on a monthly basis
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Working closely with the General Manager to develop the business
Job Requirements

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
