Job Description
- Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define, communicate and execute Bluebell's strategic vision, market analysis, and growth facilitation objectives to all stakeholders.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee the company's financial activities and lead efforts to enhance financial performance, profitability and cost management
- Investment and Expansion: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities and oversee product and market expansion initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, drive improvement initiatives, and maintain performance metrics.

Job Requirements
- Education: BSc/BA in Business or relevant field higher preferably in Business or Finance; MSc/MA is a MUST
- Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in leadership experience preferably from Pharmaceutical / Cosmetics background
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow management, general finance and budgeting
- Demonstrate strategic execution mastery excelling in both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on implementation and ensure that strategies are effectively executed for tangible results.
- Demonstrate ability to leas through change and uncertainty.
