Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Giza Power Industry. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits administration, and overseeing HR management. They will ensure compliance with HR regulations and contribute to employee satisfaction by implementing effective HR practices.

Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs) in a prescribed format and periodically review the same Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
  • Delivering effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the company’s culture, benefits, and policies.
  • Develop in updating organizational charts and headcount reports.
  • Develop Competency Models, and Company KPI's System.
  • Reviews Performance Appraisal results company-wide and offers feedback.
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, Screening , HR interviewing & evaluation of selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
  • Coordinate all the onboarding and offboarding processes for the new hires and resigned employees.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Supports staff inquiries and requests on all HR-related issues ( Time management, policies and procedures, etc... )
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by his direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • A certificate in Human Resources Management or diploma is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources in manufacturing Field  .
  • 5+ Years of experience as an HR Specialist mainly handling Recruitment, and Employee Relations.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws/social insurance laws
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and Problem Solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
