Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Conduct employee orientation and training programs
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Handle performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting
  • Assist with employee development and training initiatives
  • Manage employee records and HRIS systems
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data
  • Stay current on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices.

Job Requirements

Background and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • HR Certificate as a minimum.
  • HR Diploma is a plus
