Willing to work in Middle East Task And ResponsibilitiesLead the development project from design, Saudi Port Authorities / NCEC design approval and construction phases for site management, quantity survey as well as construction quality control.Monitor design and construction activities closely on a regular basis and ensure the civil and marine development project is built to design and authorities’ requirement.Responsible for the review and approval of design consultant’s work to ensure design documents are sufficiently developed with all necessary engineering calculations in place in accordance with project development specification by Mawani.Responsible for communicating with design consultants to ensure all required deliverables are achieved.Ensure drawings and documents transmittal log is established and maintained.Understand and be responsible for maintaining engineering standard pertaining to Saudi structural, electrical, firefighting, HVAC, fresh and industrial water line, sewage design and plumbing systems.Support project commissioning and final handover activities.Support of internal engineering design and development activities.Establish engineering and operation procedures following BU’s standard.Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specs.Saudi Council of Engineers Membership required.Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical or Building Services EngineeringAt least 6 years’ working experience in civil and marine engineering services design and construction project delivery in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (Eastern Province Preferred)Strong ability to work with Mawani Engineering Approval (Ras Al Khair), NCEC, external survey and engineering contractors.Chartered Engineer preferredGood knowledge in Electrical HV/LV distribution Engineering with a good understanding on data centre project and protection study Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) with experience in Mechanical HVAC software, such as IES.Excellent interpersonal management skill to lead and manage a project plan agilely.Strong organizational, leadership, planning and analytical skills.Good communication and negotiation skills.Good decision-maker.Willing to work in Middle East.
